All Iranian car companies were obliged to formulate a comprehensive plan to raise clients' level of satisfaction with their products.
Secretary of car policy making council, Mozaffar A'vani, asserted that in the council's 5th session, held yesterday, mines and industry minister ordered car companies to draft the document.
"Companies with deficiencies in their customer service will be fined," A'vani said.
A'vani pointed to growing number of quality-related complaints in the second half of the last year compared to the first half and said, "this increase is a natural side effect of rise in production; however the extent of customers' service will be decided by the council and companies are bound to obey."
