IRI's ambassador to Georgia said Tehran and Tbilisi intend to strengthen economic and commercial ties.
Mojtaba Damirchi, who is visiting abilities and capacities of Parsabad city in Ardebil province, said ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Georgia is a good pattern of nice relations between two countries.
Tehran, Tbilisi by considering ways to expand and develop economic and commercial ties are trying to promote existing relations, he added.
Damirchi described Iranian private sector presence in Georgia "desirable" and added the private companies are working in the fields of foodstuff, detergents, construction materials, transportation and road building.
