The Islamic Republic of Iran and Belarus 3rd joint committee for technical and scientific cooperation kicked off its work Monday.
At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Higher Education Minister in Technology Affairs Alireza Jahangirian said, "Iran-Belarus cooperation has had a fast growing trend in recent years, so by holding such meetings we are trying to promote cooperation level more and more."
Belarussian delegation will also visit a number of IRI's scientific and research centers.
The meeting will last until Wednesday July 2, 2008.
