Industrial town of Damghan with area of 69.162 hectare located  in 5 km of damgham-Semnan road .It has 69.162 hectare operational phase and 105 hectare industrial land and has been planned to comprise about 562 industrial units and transference contract of land have been cocluded with 129 industrial units in 73.43 hectare area in which 26 of them started-up.the amount of capital invested by the industrial units which have signed the contract is over 295.254 milliard Rials. The main underlying facilities of the industrial land are as follows :
